7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

Not happy with your order? We get it. Return or exchange any eligible item within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item is unused, unworn (where applicable), and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, case, cleaning cloth, and tags are intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order ID) is available.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used contact lenses (for hygiene reasons).
  • Prescription eyeglasses that have been customised as per a customer-submitted prescription (except in case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect prescription fulfilment on our end).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your EyeAddon account and go to My Orders.
  2. Select the order you wish to return and click Request Return.
  3. Choose your reason for return and submit.
  4. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and email you the next steps (pickup schedule or drop-off instructions).

Alternatively, you can email us at support@eyeaddon.com with your Order ID and reason.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued as EyeAddon store credit or via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size, colour, or frame within the 7-day return window, subject to stock availability. If the exchanged item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded.

6. Warranty

All EyeAddon frames come with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. If your frame or lenses develop a defect within this period, contact us and we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
