By accessing or using our Platform, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

• Resell or redistribute products purchased from EyeAddon without prior written consent.

EyeAddon makes every effort to display product information accurately. However, colours, dimensions, and specifications may vary slightly due to display settings and manufacturing tolerances.

When ordering prescription eyewear, you are solely responsible for providing an accurate and valid prescription. EyeAddon is not liable for errors in orders resulting from incorrect prescription details submitted by you. We are not a substitute for professional medical or optical advice — please consult a registered optometrist for your prescriptions.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices on EyeAddon are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). EyeAddon does not store your full card or banking details. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

In the event of a pricing error, EyeAddon reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

7. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. EyeAddon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, prescription processing time, and courier availability. EyeAddon is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, courier delays, or public holidays).

8. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is detailed on our Returns & Exchanges page. In summary:

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.
• Customised prescription eyewear is non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect.

All content on the EyeAddon Platform — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product photos, and software — is the exclusive property of EyeAddon or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Platform without our prior written permission.

When submitting reviews, feedback, or any content on our Platform, you grant EyeAddon a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content on our Platform and marketing materials.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any content you submit. EyeAddon reserves the right to remove any content that is deemed inappropriate, false, or in violation of these Terms.
